Cold patch material is a high-tech road repair material based on modified asphalt technology, which can be used all day long in an  environment ranging from-30°Cto 50°C. It is applicable to the small-scale repair of damaged expressways, airport runways, general  roads, municipal roads, etc. And it can be used for pit repair; ditch repair, functional rutting repair,manhole covers and their  surrounding repairs, etc.

Method of application

1.Slotting, crushing, trimming and cleaning. 

2. Spray the tack coat oil. 

3. Spread the cold patch material about 1CM above the road surface. When the thickness exceeds 5CM, it needs to be spread and     compacted in layers. 

4. Compaction can be achieved by using a plate tamper, a vibratory tamper, or by flattening and compacting car wheels. 

5. Traffic can be opened after compaction. 6. When conducting construction at low temperatures, materials should be placed in a warehouse with a temperature above 5^oC for 24 hours before construction commencing.
