2. Production

(1) Highway chemical production line

After 6 months of design, optimization, debugging, and modification by an expert team, the highway chemical production line was successfully put into operation in March 2023. The main equipment of this production line consists of seven reaction vessels, one CNC room, and one PLC software system. There are four enamel reaction vessels and two stainless steel reaction vessels with a capacity of 5 tons in the hardware equipment, and another stainless steel reaction vessel with a capacity of 3 tons. The device is equipped with a reaction, heating, and cooling system, which is automatically heated by thermal oil and cooled by refrigerant. The introduction of PLC automatic control technology into software equipment, through the use of fully editable logic controllers, relying on microelectronics technology and combined with digital technologies such as computers and communication, achieves online control of production processes such as automatic temperature control, automatic control of reaction time, and automatic detection. The automated system is upgraded to a real-time controllable intelligent system, making the production process more reasonable and efficient. From the perspective of process design and equipment configuration, the Longton Highway chemical production line is of first-class level in China, which can meet the production of various highway chemicals such as quaternary ammonium salt emulsifiers, micolin surfactants, amide anionic emulsifiers, anti stick isolation agents, warm mix agents, and regenerants. Producing different types of chemical agents at full capacity, with a minimum daily output of 20 tons, and an annual output that can meet the demand of the national market.

(2) Highway building materials production line

The Longton Highway building materials production line is scheduled to be built in early 2022 and officially put into operation in July 2023. This production line fills the gap in China's high standard, high production capacity, full industry chain, and fully intelligent highway building materials production line. The highway building materials production line mainly consists of emulsified asphalt production equipment, modified asphalt production equipment, rubber asphalt production equipment, sealant production equipment, boiler heating equipment, and environmental protection equipment. The core colloid mill and electrical components are both top international or domestic brands; The entire production line adopts an industrial PLC control system, among which the emulsified asphalt production line adopts a PID control system to automatically control the measurement of asphalt and soap, and can automatically compensate, record and calibrate; All soap systems are made of corrosion-resistant materials, and acidic substances can be added in any proportion. This production line has an hourly capacity of 20 tons and currently has an annual output of up to 20000 tons, which can meet the production of various types of emulsified asphalt. Currently, the market feedback and cost-effectiveness advantages are obvious in the supply of SBS modified asphalt emulsion, high viscosity emulsified asphalt and other products.

3. Construction

Longton Highway has experienced engineers and construction teams, as well as multiple sets of maintenance machinery and equipment, including adhesive and fiber slurry sealing machines, fiber rubber asphalt sealing machines, synchronous crushed stone sealing machines, intelligent asphalt cloth trucks, sand/mist (including sand) sealing equipment, pit spraying and repair equipment, residual material recycling equipment, shot blasting machines, spraying machines, mineral screening equipment, etc. In the process of preventive maintenance construction on highways, the Longteng Road engineering team has been brave in exploring and innovating, while adhering to the code of conduct of "adhering to the spirit of craftsmanship and pursuing excellence", which has extended the service life of highways and municipal roads across the country.
