Applications
I. Road Construction & Maintenance
1. Tack Coat
Cationic medium-setting asphalt emulsion is commonly used as a tack coat in road construction. It enhances the interlayer bonding between new and existing pavement layers, as well as between surface and base layers, helping prevent interlayer slippage and delamination while improving the overall integrity of the pavement structure.

2. Chip Seal
CZ3 can be used in chip seal applications as a binder to firmly bond aggregates to the existing pavement surface. It helps provide water resistance, wear resistance, and preventive pavement maintenance.

3. Waterproofing & Bonding Layer / Underseal
Used as a waterproofing and bonding layer beneath the pavement structure, helping prevent surface water from penetrating downward and protecting the roadbed from water damage.

II. Building Waterproofing
CZ3 can also be used as a key raw material for water-based waterproofing coatings, with applications including roof waterproofing, basement damp-proofing and waterproofing, and other building waterproofing projects. It helps form a waterproof coating layer on the substrate.
